At MIKOA Essentials, we’re committed to ensuring your experience with us is exceptional, whether you’re exploring our subscription options, or pre-ordering exciting new products. Below, you’ll find the details on how to manage these types of orders.

Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you’ll enjoy convenient repeat deliveries tailored to the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are securely stored, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you prefer not to renew, simply cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription easily through the links provided in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders

By purchasing a pre-order, you’re reserving a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. At checkout, we may not collect payment or only a partial deposit, storing your payment method securely until the product is ready to be fulfilled. The full payment will be charged at that time.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, you may do so at any time. However, once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. You can, of course, request a full or partial refund as per our returns policy.
